1st time to the African Continent

We landed into a different world in Fez, Morocco.  First of all it was warm and Paris was bitterly cold.  Fez from the air has acres and acres of orchards and vineyards and we were quite excited and thankful to get out of Paris.  I had purchased a
www.luxurylink.com package for Fez and it included a pick up at the airport, thank God.  There is no way on God’s green earth that we could have found our hotel- ‘Riad Fez.’  It was right in the middle of the medina.  Our driver was a Moroccan Mario Andretti but he knew what he was doing.  At the airport there were beautiful palm trees of the African descent and lime trees.  My mouth started watering because I started thinking of Margaritas and Mojitos and we could have just picked a dozen and went back to our hotel with them.  At 59 cents a pop at home, I became quite envious of the hordes of lime trees dropping under the weight of hundreds of luscious limes.
