This place is great and I highly recommend it!  I really can’t say a bad thing about the place.  It is set high up on the hill so it affords great views from your balcony of the pretty blue Coral Sea.  We had a two bedroom unit which we purchased the week from our timeshare company for under 800 for the week.  I was surprised to find out that there was only one bathroom and no tub in the one bathroom so soaking luxuriously in a tub was not in the cards for me.  It did have a nice shower with a window into the living room, not sure what that was for but it had plastic blinds to close.   The kitchen was modern and had a great drawer style dishwasher and a well stocked kitchen.  The living room was ample and there was a flat screen tv on the wall.  The two bedrooms were a nice size with comfortable beds.  We had a double deep balcony on the 3rd floor with great views so I spent allot of time outside.  Alicia on the reception who is the co-manager is very helpful and friendly.  She helped us with our trips and booked them for us out to Whitehaven Beach and the Great Barrier Reef.  I needed one light bulb replaced and she was up in a jiffy the next day to change it.
There is a workout room which I used 3 times and there is internet service to purchase for a good price.  We still had some time or megabytes on our purchased stick modem with Optus so we did not need to purchase from the Blue Horizon internet provider.  It is .5 of a kilometer to the town so you can walk down there and shop at all of the quaint little shops.  I managed to buy many things in a store called 'Go Girl'.  The closest grocery store is 1 km away and that is the IGA.  We liked the Coles grocery store better which is 4.5 km away.  We had a rental car so this was not a problem.  The IGA was quite expensive so we tried to avoid that.  There are many liquor stores around within walking distance so you can easily pick up a bottle of wine to go along with your homecooked meal.
